Shipping & payment

All prices include VAT. Shipping with DHL within Germany is €5.90 per order. We make every piece after you order, in rounds, once enough mugs are in, no later than two weeks after your order. A round takes 2 to 3 days. You'll get the tracking number by email.

Payment goes through Stripe: card, PayPal, Link, Amazon Pay or Klarna. Stripe shows the methods available for your total, country and device. Payment is due when you order.

Pieces with your text or motif on the bottom are made to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB). That's why you approve the proof before you buy. Your statutory rights in case of defects are unaffected; for these, write to support@miroria.de.

Our terms (German) and our privacy policy (German) exist in German only, and the German text is the binding one.
